About RDNH.com

RDNH.com attempts to provide a comprehensive list of all Reverse Domain Name Hijacking (RDNH) decisions issued under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP). When RDNH.com was created, and even up to the present day, there appeared to be no resource that consolidated all RDNH decisions in one place. While some UDRP providers, such as Forum, offer tools to search for all its RDNH decisions, others, such as WIPO, do not.

The downside of offering through the UDRP a quick, inexpensive procedure for transferring domain names is that it is easily misused by those who covet particular domain names and attempt to seize those domain names through the UDRP despite having no valid claim. Paragraph 15(e) of the rules requires panels to declare in its decision when it finds that the complaint was brought in bad faith:

If after considering the submissions the Panel finds that the complaint was brought in bad faith, for example in an attempt at Reverse Domain Name Hijacking or was brought primarily to harass the domain-name holder, the Panel shall declare in its decision that the complaint was brought in bad faith and constitutes an abuse of the administrative proceeding.
